This way, the new buyer acquires a property with a fully verified ownership history.
An additional advantage of these apartments is that they are immediately available and in some cases already nicely furnished.
In such cases, the buyer does not purchase directly from the developer, but from a private owner, and the purchase process differs accordingly.
I always explain all details to interested buyers based on the specific situation.
Apartments sold in this way cannot be purchased in installments from the seller, as is possible with direct developer purchases.
