The Al Hambra Waterfall residential complex is being built in a prime location on El-Nasr Street (the airport highway) parallel to the popular El Mamsha Boulevard. In close proximity are the other residential projects Al Hambra 1st Avenue and Princess by the same developer and the Careffour hypermarket. The distance to the sea is approximately 500 m, the project is located in the third line on large plots of land between both directions of the El-Nasr highway.

The Al Hambra Waterfall complex is being built in the form of multiple four-storey buildings (with lifts) with swimming pools and gardens. The developer plans to build pleasant green areas with leisure zones and playgrounds for children between individual apartment buildings.
The project is divided into implementation phases. At the moment, apartments (studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units) are available for sale in buildings C and D. Views from the apartments will either be of the pool and mountains, the neighbouring apartment buildings or the airport.
The owners of the apartments will be entitled to use the gardens and the swimming pool. The project does not include the right to use a private beach.
The apartments will be delivered to the owners for use in approximately two years after purchase. A more precise date will be determined in the contract.
There are apartments of various sizes available for purchase in the aprojects. There are many smaller studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. All apartments on the ground floor have a terrace with a small private green area (garden). All apartments on higher floors have a balcony.
The flats are sold unfurnished (all furniture, kitchen and air conditioning are purchased by the client according to his/her own taste) and can be purchased with 2 different levels of finishing. They can either be fully finished, i.e. with ceramic floors, fully tiled and fitted bathrooms and full electrical installations. The other option is an apartment with finished electricity and water distribution and with plastered walls (the clients finish the bathrooms, floors and paintings according to their taste).
